So yesterday I posted about one of the things I heard during the one lesson: rest. This is what I got when I looked it up

*Ps 16:9- Rest here mentioned is from 7931: Hebrew Word: shâkan

-through the idea of lodging; compare to 5531 & 7925; to raise or permanently stay

-to abide, dwell, habitation, to remain

*Ps 37:7- Rest here is from 1826: Here word dâmam

-to hold your peace, be still, tarry, wait, quieted

*There are a few other places in the book of Psalms that talk about rest that, although different words in Hebrew, seem to mean similar words in English: "quiet" or "still"

I feel in this God is telling and reminding me that I need to be still and abide in Him.
